Core Promise: TimeMark is a completely offline app. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data.

1数据收集Data Collection

TimeMark 不收集任何个人数据。您创建的所有事件、提醒、主题偏好等数据均仅存储在您的设备本地。我们无法访问这些数据，也没有任何机制将其上传至外部服务器。

TimeMark does not collect any personal data. All events, reminders, theme preferences, and other data you create are stored exclusively on your device. We have no access to this data and no mechanism to upload it to external servers.

2数据存储Data Storage

事件数据存储在您设备的本地 Core Data 数据库中
Event data is stored in a local Core Data database on your device
小组件通过 iOS App Groups 机制在设备内共享数据（不涉及网络传输）
Widgets share data via iOS App Groups on-device (no network transfer)
App 偏好设置（语言、主题等）存储在 UserDefaults 中

3第三方服务Third-Party Services

TimeMark 不使用任何第三方分析、广告或追踪服务。我们的 App 不集成任何第三方 SDK（除 Apple 系统框架外）。我们不会与任何第三方共享您的数据。

TimeMark does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. Our app integrates no third-party SDKs (beyond Apple system frameworks). We do not share your data with any third parties.

4用户权利User Rights

您可以随时在设置中导出全部数据（JSON / CSV 格式）
Export all your data at any time from Settings (JSON / CSV format)
您可以随时删除任意事件或清空所有数据
Delete any event or clear all data at any time
删除 App 将自动移除所有本地数据
Uninstalling the app will automatically remove all local data

5通知权限Notification Permissions

TimeMark 可以发送本地通知提醒您的倒计时事件。通知权限由您控制，您可以随时在 iOS 系统设置中关闭。通知内容完全在设备本地生成，不涉及任何服务器。

TimeMark can send local notifications to remind you of countdown events. Notification permissions are under your control — you can disable them at any time in iOS Settings. Notifications are generated entirely on-device without any server involvement.

6儿童隐私Children's Privacy

TimeMark不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。由于我们不收集任何用户数据，因此不存在儿童数据被收集的风险。

TimeMark does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since we collect no user data whatsoever, there is no risk of children's data being collected.

7条款变更Policy Changes

我们可能会不时更新本隐私条款。如有重大变更，我们将在 App 内通知您。继续使用 TimeMark 即表示您同意更新后的条款。

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the app. Continued use of TimeMark constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
